More Emphasis to Be Given on Cow Based Research and Technology to Support Farmers and Their Farming System for Sustainable Development ....Dr Vallabhbhai Kathria

Dr. Vallabhbhai Kathiria, Chairman, Rashtriya Kamdhenu Aayog was Chief Guest in National Workshop on Stray Cattle Economy organised by IVRI, Bareilly. In his address Dr. Kathiria provided many new insights about great economic usefulness of Cows beyond Dairy purpose too. Shri Santosh Gangwar, MP Bareilly and Minister of State, Employment & Labour, Govt. of India, Dr. RK Singh VC & Director IVRI, Dr. AK Garg of IVRI, Dr. GV Singh, VC DUVAS, Mathura, Ranvir Singh Prasad, IAS, Commissioner,Bareilly division and Shri Kesar Singh, MLA were also present on the Dias. In Technical session he brain stormed with gathering of Scientists, Academicians, Intellectuals and People working with Cows. Many useful technical and practical suggestions to improve the status of Stray Cattle emerged out. Some of them will be incorporated by Rashtriya Kamdhenu aayog in its policies.
